Pandemic Humanitarian Aid Money To Everyone

Human rights law is being implemented to the highest extent via a global humanitarian intervention to stop violations that have caused the greatest pandemic the world has ever experienced. The pandemic we are referring to is not the “corona virus” but is poverty. Poverty is the leading cause of death in the world and to be in poverty is a human rights violation. Every person has the right to enjoy the abundance that the earth provides. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights states in Article 25. 1:

“Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.”

This supports Article 22 of the same document that in part reads:

“Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.”

Is does not take long reflection to realize that the majority of the world are not enjoying this human right. We need not go into detail about each of the included dimensions, but look around and see if there exists anyone not enjoying a decent living. How many people are not secure in their social position? Indeed many are not because of circumstances seemingly beyond our control. Human rights experts are now pointing out that living conditions and economic status are actually in control of the people though only via democratic unity and execution. Therefore the world population, or at least the majority thereof, is being organized to lawfully execute their common will of wanting to end poverty and improve their living conditions. In Article 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights it states:

“3. The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government;”

This will of course must be expressed collectively in order to hold any lawful authority to be executed hence the reason people vote, petition or even collectively overthrow corrupt regimes.

Detroit, Michigan residents being organized into The People to receive their benefits.

The people of the world are now being organized into a collective as “The People” to execute emergency humanitarian intervention and control economic development.
